Rules for questions:

• A question can have a maximum of 1024 characters.
• Only printable characters are allowed (ASCII values 32..126).
• The characters &, < and > are not allowed.
• The Proof of Work score is calculated as RIPEMD160(SHA256(question)).
• Questions containing inappropriate content will be removed.
• The question with the lowest Proof of Work score will be answered first.
• Already-answered questions will be removed from the list.
• If the list becomes too long, the question with the highest Proof of Work score will be removed.
• When I see duplicate questions, I will remove the duplicates with the highest Proof of Work score to make room for other questions.
• As a matter of convention, use a '|' character to separate a question from nonce data.
• I reserve the right to deviate from these rules and/or change the rules at any time.

• Answers will be "Yes", "No", "I don't understand" or "I won't answer".
• If the answer is not a simple yes/no question, "I don't understand" will be the answer.
• If I don't know the answer, "I won't answer" will be the answer.
• If the answer is not relevant for solving the puzzle, "I won't answer" will be the answer.
• Answers can optionally be accompanied by the remark "This answer might confuse you". This can be, for instance, if the question can be interpreted in multiple ways, or if the answer is only technically true.
• I reserve the right to deviate from these rules and/or change the rules at any time.
